HOT DOCS es el festival de documentales mas grande de Norte América que tendrá lugar en Toronto entre el 29 de Abril y el 9 de Mayo, 2010.

HOT DOCS runs for 11 days, from April 29 to May 9. Presenting over 170 films from more than 40 countries and welcoming hundreds of international filmmakers and industry delegates to Toronto.
The Hispanic Development Council is co-presenting two films in the festival:
"Cooking up Dreams" by Ernesto Cabellos and,
"This sensual and evocative film travels into the kitchens on Peru’s coast, mountains, jungle, and beyond as famous chefs, farmers, and humble families share ingredients, ancient recipes, and dreams of Peru’s place in the culinary revolution."
"Eyes Wide Open-Exploring Today's South America" by Gonzalo Arijon
"In this epic journey, Uruguayan filmmaker Gonzalo Arijón travels across the continent uncovering its current social and political progress. After 500 years of exploitation and repression in the region, Arijón presents an empowered voice of a new South America."
